| Abstract: | Este trabalho académico tem como tema: O profissional formado em ciências de educação, no ISCED – Huíla, na especialidade de ensino de filosofia, suas vicissitudes, valências e perspectivas: um estudo exploratório. Em função desse tema de pesquisa, ficou – se a saber que o professor é o elemento fundamental e condutor do processo de ensino – aprendizagem. Ainda que o professor esteja a ser maltratado pelas novas tecnologias, por encontrar algumas dificuldades de lidar com elas, ele não deixa de ser o pedagogo e mediador do processo de ensino – aprendizagem. Razão pela qual o professor deve, sempre, lançar mão de conhecimentos pedagógicos que são uma combinação entre o conhecimento do conteúdo e o conhecimento sobre o modo de ensinar. E o reconhecimento do profissional formado em ciências da educação, na especialidade de ensino de filosofia, no seu melhor enquadramento sócio – profissional, não só é vantajoso para o professor contemplado, de forma directa, como também tem grandes benefícios para a sociedade visto que será o professor, educador social, mais motivado para desempenhar o seu papel fundamental, com dedicação e alegria de educar, conforme o sistema educativo estabelecido. E para alcançar o objectivo geral dessa investigação, desenvolveu –se uma pesquisa de campo com características de investigação exploratória associada ao método descritivo, seguindo um percurso quantitativo da investigação pela técnica do inquérito, utilizando um instrumento (o questionário) por via de chamadas telefónicas, estratégia utilizada por força das grandes limitações impostas pela situação de pandemia (covid – 19) que se vive. É de realçar, também, que todos profissionais, formados pelo ISCED – Huíla e que constituem a população com a qual se trabalhou nessa investigação, estão empregados, exercendo, deste modo, a profissão de professor e, assim como também todos estão satisfeitos com a sua formação na especialidade escolhida. |
| Abstract: | This academic work has as its theme: The professional trained in education sciences, at ISCED – Huíla, in the specialty of teaching philosophy, its vicissitudes, valences and perspectives: an exploratory study. As a result of this research theme, it became known that the teacher is the fundamental and conducting element of the teaching-learning process. Even if the teacher is being mistreated by new technologies, because he finds some difficulties in dealing with them, he does not cease to be the pedagogue and mediator of the teaching-learning process. This is why the teacher should always make use of pedagogical knowledge that is a combination of content knowledge and knowledge about how to teach. And the recognition of professionals trained in ducational sciences, in the specialty of teaching philosophy, in their best social context – professional, not only is it advantageous for the contemplated teacher, in a direct way, but also has great benefits for society since he will be the teacher, social educator, more motivated to play his fundamental role, with dedication and joy of educating, according to the educational system established. And to achieve the general objective of this investigation, a field research was developed with characteristics of exploratory research associated with the descriptive method, following a quantitative course of investigation through the inquiry technique, using an instrument (the questionnaire) via telephone calls, strategy used due to the great limitations imposed by the current pandemic situation (Covid-19). It should also be noted that all professionals, trained by ISCED - Huíla and who constitute the population with which this investigation was worked, are employed, exercising, in this way, the teaching profession and, as well as all of them are satisfied with the your training in your chosen specialty. |
