O Impacto das Políticas Públicas na Juventude na Província da Huíla: O Caso do Município do Lubango. (2000-2019)

Abstract

This end-of-course work has as its theme: the impact of public policies on the youth of Huíla, municipality of Lubango (2000-2019). In this way, it was presented as a research problem: to what extent do public policies impact the youth of the municipality of Lubango in the period from 2000 to 2019? As a general objective of the investigation, the impact of public policies on youth in Angola from 2000-2019 was analyzed. As specific objectives the following were outlined: Explain the reasons for the weakness of public policies on youth in the province of Huíla, municipality of Lubango. Diagnose the impact of public policies on youth in Lubango. Identify areas of state investment for the development of youth in Huíla and the country. A qualitative study was preferred, which basically consisted of conducting a semi-direct interview as a technique for collecting information. People from various social strata participated in this investigation, including government entities and others who are in control of the problem in question. The purpose of the work is centered on identifying public policy challenges and then proposing solutions.
