| Abstract: | O SINPROF como Sindicato Nacional de Professores nasceu da agudização dos problemas remuneratórios da classe e outros de ordem socioprofissional. Foi criado na qualidade de Sindicato independente do Estado, formações partidárias, religiosas e patronais segundo o estipulado no seu Artigo 21 do Estatuto. A acção do SINPROF cinge-se na defesa dos direitos dos trabalhadores, na busca de conquistas sociais para o seu bem-estar. Os filiados conhecem as lutas e conquistas do SINPROF pela dignidade. O presente trabalho está estruturado em obediência às linhas mestras que definem este organismo e desta feita o capítulo (I) abordou aspectos relacionados com a evolução histórica do sindicato a nível das sociedades mundiais e foi destacado as principais tendências sindicais. O capítulo (II) tratou do surgimento do sindicalismo em Angola, as suas lutas realizadas para dar valorização e dignidade do trabalho aos trabalhadores. Em 1996 é fundado o SINPROF que vem desde lá desempenhando uma grande luta institucional para que houvesse condições materiais, humanas e financeiras do quadro docente em Angola e desde os seus primórdios, o SINPROF foi usado pelos trabalhadores como instrumento para melhorar o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. |
| Abstract: | SINPROF, as the National Union of Teachers, was born out of the worsening of the class's remuneration problems and other socio-professional problems. It was created as a Union independent of the State, party, religious and employer formations as stipulated in Article 21 of the Statute. SINPROF's action is limited to the defense of workers' rights, in the search for social conquests for their well being. Affiliates know SINPROF's struggles and achievements for dignity. The present work is structured in obedience to the guidelines that define this body and this time chapter (I) addressed aspects related to the historical evolution of the union at the level of world societies and highlighted the main union trends. Chapter (II) dealt with the emergence of trade unionism in Angola, its struggles to give value and dignity to workers at work. In 1996, SINPROF was founded, which has been carrying out a great institutional struggle since then for the material, human and financial conditions of the teaching staff in Angola and since its beginnings, SINPROF has been used by workers as an instrument to improve the well-being of workers. |
