Desenvolvimento E Implementação De Uma Sequência Didáctica Para A Abordagem De Temáticas Da Educação Ambiental Nas Aulas De Química Na 10ª Classe

Abstract

The school is the ideal place to make students aware that the future of humanity depends on the harmonious coexistence of man with nature. Based on this, the school must work with attitudes, with the creation of values, skills and procedures, seeking an education that values ​​environmentally correct behavior. Chemistry is a discipline that can be explored in generating themes for Environmental Education. Due to the insufficiency of Environmental Education themes in the teaching-learning process of the Chemistry classes of the 10th Grade of the Second Cycle of Secondary Education of the Physical and Biological Sciences Course of the School Complex “Dr Rui Luís Falcão Pinto de Andrade” of Moçâmedes, a proposal was made a didactic sequence that starts from the student's reality, to help Chemistry teachers to identify Environmental Education themes in the contents taught during classes. To achieve the proposed objective, theoretical, empirical, statistical methods and validation of the implementation of the sequence by t-Student were used. With the example of implementing the proposed didactic sequence, it is expected to encourage Chemistry teachers to explore and identify some themes that generate Environmental Education themes from the contents they teach and to implement them in extracurricular activities.
