Os estilos de liderança no espaço escolar: suas implicações no processo de ensino-aprendizagem (Um estudo junto do Colégio nº57 “1º de Dezembro” da cidade do Lubango)

Abstract

Of this the leaders were always called to render with devotion and dedication a special attention about the institutions that drive, for such, certain leadership style for the exercise of their functions, with view the reach of the proposed objectives. Before that, it developed to present investigation subordinated to the theme "The leadership styles in the school space: their implications in the teaching-learning" process, study that was accomplished in the School nº57 December 1 in the city of Lubango. For such, the following scientific problem was formulated: What implications do bring with itself the leadership styles used in the school space for the teaching-learning process in the School nº57 December 1 of the city of Lubango? The research has as study objecto the implications of the leadership styles used in the school space for the teaching-learning process and she has as objective to Describe the implications of the leadership styles used in the school space for the teaching-learning process in the School nº57 December 1 of the city of Lubango. The investigation carried out is of descriptive nature, which counted with the use of the following theoretical methods: historical-logical method; method of analysis-bibliographical and the analysis-synthesis method. The empiric methods were the following ones: inquiry for questionnaire and the statistical-mathematical method. The population was constituted by all of the teachers of the School nº57 December 1 of the city of Lubango, being in the total 369 teachers and, one worked with a sampling of the type no probabilistic to convenience, constituted by 53 teachers that were shown available in doing part of the research. The applied questionnaire to the teachers in the process of it collects of data was constituted by 12 subjects, being 7 closed subjects and 5 subjects of multiple choice. With the research the conclusion was arrived that the leadership style has implications in the teaching-learning process. As inquired them, if the leadership style is good, it promotes the optimization of the teacher's work and it motivates the school success and if it goes bad it turns the little productive teacher's work, it promotes the desmotivation.
