Necessidade De Enquadramento De Aulas De Campo No Âmbito De Arqueologia. Um Contributo Para O P. E. A. Nos Estudantes Do 3º Ano Do Curso De Historia

Abstract

The present monograph has as its theme ´´ the need to frame field classes in the field of archaeology. A contribution to the P.E.A. in students of the 3rd year of the history course ´´, is the result of a theoretical-bibliographical essay. To this end, the theme had the general objective of analyzing the need for framing field classes in the context of Archeology for students of the 3rd year of the history course at ISCED-HUÍLA. With regard to the specific objectives, describe the need for framing field classes within the scope of Archeology for students of the 3rd year of the history course at ISCED-HUÍLA; To identify the need for framing field classes in the field of archeology for students in the 3rd year of the history course at ISCED-HUÍLA; Propose methodologies for field classes based on the obstacles that the 3rd year students of the history course at ISCED-HUÍLA presented in the survey and interview. To respond to these objectives, the following starting questions were raised to be investigated: What are the causes of the need to frame field classes within the scope of Archaeology? What is the relationship between theoretical and practical archeology? What are the proposals for framing field classes within the scope of field archeology? Theoretical methods used were the following: the bibliographic research method, document analysis, historical and comparative method and the techniques of inquiry by questionnaire and interview. The work is structured in three chapters where we try to make the following outline: Chapter I- Theoretical Foundation: The aim is to present the state of the art on Archaeological science, since its beginnings, research techniques and different categories of archaeology. It is also discussed how the teaching of Archeology is beyond the traditional teaching space, the classroom, it is about field classes, the advantages that field classes provide in meaningful learning. Chapter II- Necessity of framing field classes in the subject of Archeology in the History course: The aim is to frame a more practical vision in Archeology subjects through field classes where theory and practice can be reconciled. Several obstacles to field classes are discussed and how to overcome them and their respective advantages. Chapter III- Analysis and Interpretation of the Results Obtained Through the Survey Applied to Students.
