Importância Da Interacção Social No Rendimento Escolar: Um Estudo Junto Dos Alunos Da 2ª Classe Da Escola Do Ensino Primário Nº 60 Do Lubango”

Abstract

The theme of the present work, “It is limited to the importance of social interaction in the academic performance of the 2nd grade students of Primary School Nº 60 in Lubango”. From this theme, the following scientific problem arose: What is the importance of social interaction in the academic performance of 2nd grade students at Primary School No. 60 in Lubango? According to the problem in question, the general objective was defined, which consists of describing the importance of social interaction in the academic performance of 2nd grade students at Primary School No. 60 in Ubango. And, from the general objective, the following specific objectives were deduced: 1- Identify the main theories that deal with the object of study; 2- Characterize the current situation of the object of study in the investigated school; 3-Develop, apply and interpret the results of the questionnaire survey (applied) in the investigated school. The field of action is limited to Pedagogical Psychology. It has a descriptive quantitative design. To obtain the data, a questionnaire survey was used as an instrument. The population consisted of 10 teachers, 2nd class of the same school, the sample was 10 teachers, selected through sampling criteria of the census type. We resorted to theoretical methods (Logical History, Deductive-Inductive and Analysis-Synthesis), empirical methods (Inquiry by questionnaire and statistics). The results indicated that about 100% of the teachers interviewed had already heard about social interaction and most of them said that the importance of social interaction is to stimulate cognitive development, social skills and cooperative attitudes.
