A Luta de Libertação em Angola 1961-1974, Tratamento Metodológico do Tema na 11ª Classe no Liceu nº 454 no Município da Chibia

Abstract

The present work was carried out at High School Nº 454 in the municipality of Chibia and its research theme was "the liberation struggle in Angola 1961-1974: methodological treatment of the theme in the 11th grade at High School Nº 454 in the municipality of Chibia. The problematic question around the theme was based on the need to know "which didactic-methodological strategies can be used to approach the theme of Unit V on the National Liberation Struggle? Thus, our general objective is to elaborate a support material on the theme "the liberation struggle in Angola" based on innovative didactic-methodological strategies that contribute to the teaching and learning of the theme in the 11th grade. However, other specific objectives are to diagnose the perceptions of teachers and students about the Angolan liberation struggle; to analyse the History program of the 11th grade; to identify and analyse the strategies used by teachers to approach the theme in the 11th grade; and to elaborate a didactic material that can be used as an auxiliary tool to approach the theme in the 11th grade. To do so, we used a qualitative-quantitative research with a descriptive-exploratory approach and, as an instrument of data collection, we used the survey by questionnaire, through which 4 history teachers and 25 students from the 12th grade of the Economic and Legal Sciences course were questioned. Methodologically we used the historical logical, analytic-integral, statistical, inductive-deductive methods. Taking into account the methods used, we followed as basic procedures the bibliographical and documental consultation and for the processing and manipulation of the data collected, we used the techniques of questionnaire surveys, textual discursive analysis, as well as content analysis.
